Your Anxiety’s New Least-Favorite Person

Has it felt impossible to get find affordable quality mental health care that is culturally aware and empathetic?

Creating space where we can confidently feel seen and feel safe enough to push past the internal blocks we all carry is the most rewarding part of being a counselor. Anxiety, ADHD, and navigating identity can feel SO overwhelming sometimes, but having a trusted nonjudgmental person who knows a thing or two about mental health can change your life.

It’s time to put yourself first!

WHAT’S THERAPY WITH ME LIKE?

In our work together, I take a trauma-informed, culturally aware, and warm approach. That means:

  • I see your patterns through the lens of survival, not deficiency.

  • I honor your lived experiences and the systems that shaped them.

  • I blend clinical knowledge with warmth, humor, and real conversation.

  • And I never believe you’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “too scattered.”

  • You will probably be cracking jokes and safely making progress on navigating your trauma all within the same session.

All that being said, I think it’s important that you know a few things about me so that you can decide if we’re a good fit—

I’m a first-generation Indo Guyanese-American born and raised in South Florida. I identify as a queer cisgender man and someone who has learned to cope with their ADHD and Anxiety. I value art, music, being goofy, and spending time with my friends, family, and cat.

I have been working since the age of 13 and have career experiences in education, technology, e-commerce, and consulting. Within healthcare, I’ve worked in residential substance use settings, psychiatric hospitals, large private practices, and in case management.

What have I learned? I defintley need to take my lunch and a little walk during the day to show up fully.

I do truly believe that every person has an inherent absolute worth, which is why I chose to name my practice that and it’s my greatest joy in life to witness others find what absolute worth looks like.
