This is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about helping you understand yourself better, identify what matters most, and take intentional steps toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.

  • Life coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process that helps you:

    • Clarify goals that feel authentic, not pressured or imposed

    • Break out of patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed

      Most importantly, Life Coaching is NOT therapy. I will not be assessing, treating, or diagnosing mental health disorders. If our coaching relationship begins as coaching, I will not be able to treat you as a therapist. This cannot be compromised and clear boundaries will be set at the beginning of our first coaching session.
