Relationships are where some of our deepest joys — and deepest wounds — live.

Whether you’re navigating communication struggles, feeling disconnected, or trying to rebuild trust, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, listen differently, and rediscover each other. My approach isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong — it’s about understanding why you both feel the way you do. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface of arguments to uncover the unmet needs, attachment patterns, and cultural or family expectations shaping your connection.

I work with relationships of all kinds — queer, polyamorous, multicultural, and blended — who want to feel seen and heard without having to explain or justify their identities. In our sessions, you’ll learn to communicate more clearly, set boundaries with compassion, and nurture emotional intimacy that feels safe and authentic.

My approach is highly structured and the most evidenced based methodology for couple’s counseling called, The Gottman Method. Additional tools are needed to conduct assessments and create reports which is why I do not accept insurances for this service.

Your partnership deserves the space to evolve — with empathy, curiosity, and the reminder that love can deepen when both people feel truly valued for their absolute worth.
