Therapeutic photography is a unique and optional intervention incorporated into individual and couple’s counseling.
The Journal
A professional quality photo is taken at the is taken at the start and end of each session to document the raw moments before and after therapy. Over time, you will develop a photo journal documenting your progression through the therapeutic process. After a minimum of five sessions, the photos will be printed and incorporated into art therapy exercises to help emotionally process whatever issue you may be experiencing. “The Journal” is covered by insurance and materials are provided completely free of charge.

The Mood
Your privacy in my number one priority. All HIPPA related best practices are adhered to. The photos are yours to keep, protected on an encrypted drive and you will not be asked to hand over the rights. You may volunteer to donate the picture to the organization for any mental health art projects, which you will be fully involved in if you voluntarily request to do so.
